Scandinavian Translators A/S is one of Denmark’s biggest and most reputable translation and interpreting agencies. The company was founded in 1977 by 5 state authorised translators and today has 15 in-house employees and a global network of 120 freelance translators and other external contacts.

Quality Control
Nobody is perfect…So to eliminate errors we use a quality procedure, which we call the "5-Eye Principle".

This means that a translation produced by a mother-tongue translator will be checked by an expert with the opposite language combination. Before the translation goes out to the client we subject it to a final check (the 5th Eye).

Apart from control of basic form and content, we check for correct interpretation, linguistic nuance, spelling, terminology, consistent usage, style and layout, format and overall conformity to customer requirements.
